Venus Day: Why We Honour The Goddess of Love

Astrologically, Friday belongs to Venus, the goddess of love, beauty, art and pleasure. Each Friday, I make sure to really tend to myself and try to orient my time around the idea of pleasure: indulging in something that makes me feel nourished, that makes me feel beautiful and that makes me adored.

I feel like often we can get very caught up in the doing
