This week is a lovely one, we’re wrapping up Gemini Season and we’re heading toward the Solstice this weekend, which is the darkest day of the year if you’re in the Southern Hemisphere like me, and the longest day of the year if you’re enjoying the summertime up North.
I’ll dive deeper into the Solstice in this week’s Venus Day note, but just so you know where we are at cosmically: the zodiac wheel we study is called tropical, meaning it follows the sun’s relationship to the equinoxes and solstices. Each quadrant begins at one of these pivotal moments: Aries and Libra open at the equinoxes, while Cancer and Capricorn arrive at the solstices, which anchor us into these beautiful seasonal portals.
